Shipping and Returns
We care about the earth.
All parcels are sent through Sendle. Sendle is Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service and certified B Corporation, helping small businesses succeed everywhere.
We use Better Packaging Co compostable mail bags. These bags are made from sustainable plants and are non-toxic, compostable resin.
Please don't put the bags in the recycling bin. Put them in with your food scraps and garden waste instead.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
$5 flat rate shipping on all orders
Once your order has been received and processed, you will receive a tracking number for your parcel via Sendle.

What happens if I change my mind on an order?
You can choose a 100% refund or a store credit of the product purchase price you paid. You will need to pay for postage back and will not receive a a refund on shipping charges.
If we receive a return or exchange with damaged packaging, then a restocking fee will be charged.
What happens if I receive damaged product?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
What is the return processing times?
For change of mind or damaged goods, please contact email@example.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 4 days.
Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)
If you believe you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, paypal or credit card statement again.
Then contact the relevant financial institution. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
